Meeting rooms for Conferences and Celebrations

We offer modern rooms for conferences and congresses, equipped with sound systems, video projection and air conditioning, which allow you to organize meetings, conferences and conventions, celebrations and events

Auditorium

  • The room has 550 seats, an audio / video system for all video projection services (slides, movies, cinema, etc.) with screen.
    The Auditorium is equipped with a control room, a portable PC, the assistance of a room technique for the control of microphones, lights and projections.
    Large stage equipped with a desk for speakers with armchairs, conference microphones, radio microphones, podium with microphone.
    The stage can also be set up according to the needs of the event: clear of everything (empty stage), or type of "living room" with armchairs and low table, etc.

Sala San Francesco

  • Multi-purpose room to be set up according to the event.
    Equipped with a speaker table with armchairs and a microphone, about 70 seats in the stalls.

Sala Sisto V

  • Multi-purpose hexagonal room to be set up according to the event.
    Equipped with a half-tail piano, speakers desk with armchairs, conference microphone and wireless microphones, 120 armchairs with stalls equipped with a desk (up to a maximum of 150 seats).
  • Services: audio / video system and screen, air conditioning and WI-FI network.









Sala Semicircolare

  • Academic room for meetings, work meetings, assemblies, workshops, etc.
    Equipped with a speaker table with armchairs and a microphone, 120 "semicircle" seats with desks.
  • Services: audio / video system, air conditioning and WI-FI network.

Sala Verde

  • Multi-purpose room for various types of events, mainly used for birthday parties, ceremonies, anniversaries, etc.
    Overlooking the large park of the Seraphicum.
  • Services: audio / video system, tables, chairs, air conditioning and WI-FI network.

Sala Romana

  • Multi-purpose room to be set up according to the event.
    Equipped with a speaker table with armchairs and a microphone, about 50 seats in the stalls.
